I’m highly interested in drug discovery and development, and have strong research and development experience in stem cell biology and cell and gene therapy for genetic diseases. One of my discoveries recently received FDA Orphan Drug Designation for a gene therapy strategy for Diamond‑Blackfan anemia. I also discovered a small molecule for the treatment of cystic‑fibrosis‑relevant tendon regeneration, which has been patented.
